The Regulatory Affairs Consultancy (TRAC) are pleased to announce they have achieved ‘ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System’ certification by UKAS Accredited Certification Body, BSI (British Standards Institution).
“Being ISO certified means our customers will have assurance that we are committed to quality and outstanding customer service” said Claire Pomeroy, Regulatory Affairs Manager for TRAC.
“It means that quality is more than an aspiration for us, it is a reality as it’s embedded in our processes and everything we do. Our ISO 9001 certification reflects our continued commitment to providing the highest quality service to our customers. We are extremely proud of our team and their combined efforts to make ISO 9001 a success for TRAC.”
ISO 9001 promotes the development of continual improvement, customer satisfaction, traceability and internationally recognised best practices within an organisation. The ISO certification means customers have added confidence in an organisation and the service provided.
Carla Whyte, Senior Client Propositions Manager at BSI said:
“By achieving certification to ISO 9001, TRAC has demonstrated and embedded a best practice approach to quality within their organization. Certification to ISO 9001 places customer satisfaction at the heart of the business and will help to continually enhance performance.”
TRAC’s co-founder, Jonathan Trethowan, said:
“We’re very proud of our business’ ISO 9001 certification. It further supports our commitment to providing our clients with an unrivalled, world-class service and reflects our commitment to quality, our unrelenting commitment to our customers and our position as thought-leaders in the area of regulatory affairs.”
