Join Our Permanent Team

The consultancy for global, pharmaceutical regulatory affairs

TRAC offers opportunities for both experienced regulatory affairs consultants and life science graduates.

As we continue to expand we’re on the lookout for regulatory affairs consultants to join our permanent team. We’re particularly interested in hearing from consultants who have three to five years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially those with product development experience.

With an enviably low staff turnover: over 30% of our team members have been with us for five or more years, TRAC is an excellent place to work.

Here’s some of the benefits you can enjoy if you choose to join us: flexible working, employer contribution pension, private healthcare scheme, TOPRA membership, healthy workplace initiatives, quarterly team socials and celebrations…and our pledge to you – a work/life balance second to none!

You’ll find we take an open approach where everyone is encouraged to share ideas and feedback in a supportive environment. We actively promote initiatives that take team members beyond their regulatory roles. There are loads of opportunities to get involved, such as social contribution and taking part in STEM initiatives for wider personal development and engagement with the local community.

If you’re a regulatory affairs professional who’s looking for an opportunity to join an award-winning team, we’d be delighted to hear from you – please send your CV to

Please note: TRAC do not accept applications or CV’s from recruitment or employment agencies. Any applications that are received from these sources shall not be included in shortlisting.

“I have worked on a wide variety of projects: from large scale manufacturing site transfers and compliance projects for multi-national companies to providing advice for smaller companies who don’t have in-house regulatory expertise.” Graham Donaldson, Regulatory Affairs Project Manager

Life Science Graduates

With our ethos firmly rooted in training and development, TRAC is happy to employ life science graduates and train them to become experienced regulatory affairs consultants.

Our in-house technical induction programme is specially designed to help new consultants acquire basic regulatory knowledge while developing their practical experience with the support and guidance of longer-serving team members.

We’re waiting to hear from you, do send your CV in to:

“Upon completing my PhD studies I was worried I wouldn’t find an exciting and fulfilling career where I would be constantly learning and dealing with new challenges. I am delighted with my decision to join TRAC.” Mary Walsh, Regulatory Affairs Executive
