This website is for everyone who wants to find out more about taking part in volunteer interviews for patient information leaflets and raising money for charity as a result.
Volunteer interviews are a specially designed way to find any problems in the leaflets that come with medicines and are a way for you, the consumer, to have some input into their design.
We hope that by doing this we will make the leaflets easier and safer to use.
For every person that takes part in volunteer interviews we will donate £20 to a charity of their choice. This means that by getting together with a group of friends or work colleagues you could help to raise up to £400 for your chosen charity.
Volunteer interviews are also known as user testing interviews.
