TRAC Team Talent

Company Directors Sarah & Jonathan Trethowan are delighted to announce two changes to the TRAC team; Lisa Pascoe has been promoted to Senior Regulatory Affairs Executive and Shilpa Jain has accepted a permanent contract after recently completing a six month post with the company. “Both Lisa and Shilpa have shown significant drive, hard work and commitment and truly deserve this recognition” said Jonathan.

Lisa Pascoe joined TRAC in July 2008 having graduated from Southampton University with a degree in Biochemistry.  She initially spent her time within TRAC’s User Testing team before progressing to regulatory work managing a number of clients.  “Lisa has worked on a variety of projects gaining significant varied experience and has quickly progressed to become an invaluable member of the team” said Jonathan.

Shilpa Jain joined TRAC in October 2010 on a short term contract through the Unlocking Cornish Potential Scheme. During her six months with us Shilpa has created a training module for new employees who have no prior knowledge of regulatory affairs.  "TRAC is passionate about creating opportunities for graduates with little or no knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, therefore, this training module is an exceptional piece of work and will become a vital tool within TRAC’s induction process” said Jonathan who manages the regulatory team at TRAC’s offices in Redruth. 

As well as developing the training module, Shilpa has also become a key member of the Pharmacovigilance team. She will continue to support this group as part of her new permanent role.

These changes will further strengthen TRAC’s regulatory team and help us realise the growth plans we have in place for the future” said Sarah.  Since launching in 2001 TRAC has enjoyed rapid and consistent growth and has a growing reputation across the pharmaceutical sector for the quality of our work.
