At TRAC we believe it is important to listen to our clients and use the feedback they provide to continually improve our services. To achieve this we regularly ask all customers to complete a Feedback Form which assesses our services on a number of levels: our knowledge, our delivery and the quality of service we provide.
The charts below shows our current performance in these key areas as assessed by our customers.
When asked to rate TRAC on our knowledge clients answer questions like; how do you rate our ability to solve problems? And, how do you rate our ability and willingness to advise you? We consider the knowledge aspects of the service we provide to be pivotal in meeting all our clients' needs. We also use the feedback provided to identify any training and development needs for our employees.
The delivery area on our feedback form asks questions like; how do you rate the quality of our finished projects? And, how do you rate the price of our projects? We closely monitor this area of our performance because as a company and a team we endeavour to give the best possible value for money whilst meeting and hopefully exceeding client expectations. We can only achieve this if the end project we deliver is fit for purpose and meets all of the requirements we were given.
Our feedback form also asks questions such as; how do you rate our reporting during the project? And, how do you rate our understanding of your requirements? These types of questions help us to assess our level of service identifying where we have excelled and where we could improve.
Continuous improvement in our people and processes is very important at TRAC. We have an extremely high number of return customers and with each new project we aim to demonstrate improvement and growth in one or all of these categories.
