| A | There’s been a few, but probably the worst was the day I sent an email to a colleague saying that it would be good to put a certain client/project “to bed once and for all” and accidentally hit ‘Reply to All’!! Unfortunately I had a meeting with the client on the same day … and yes, they’d read the email! |
